It was a crazy world after the Covid-19 quarantine ended, we all experienced it. So many businesses had to close up shop. It was sad to watch. What I found even more sad was watching the small businesses that, against all odds, survived the quarantine still end up having to close shop after enduring as long as they did. I wondered why this happened, and why it happened so much. You don't simply survive the largest economic crisis of our lifetime if you are a bad business, and then lose it all after the crisis is over. Then I realized, it wasn't bad businesses, it was bad branding. Their offer didn't get worse, or their product or service didn't lose quality. It was after all the time we were locked up in our houses, no one remembered they existed. They weren't memorable. They weren't recognizable.
I got tired of small businesses struggle to survive because people didn't find them memorable. I knew it was hurting them, so I developed a branding system to give them a brand that was as high quality as their products and services. So I sell them custom branding design and strategy built for not them, but their customer. Step 2 we send over a custom a custom project brief about your brand and where we think we should take your brand to meet your goals, essentially the plan of the project. Step 3, we execute that plan to elevate your brand so that you are attracting not only the right customers but more of those customers.
